A: Aside from doubling as violin and viola storage rack and trombone case racks too, they can also hold some smaller-sized instruments, like flutes or clarinets BUT you will need to measure to be sure. Cases will fit as long as one side is at least 6.5 in and another side is at least 22 in.

Q: Do any adjustments need to be made to the shelves when switching between trumpet, trombone or violin cases?
A: The rack is designed to hold all of these types of instrument cases, as is. So, no adjustments are necessary when changing its inventory.

Q: Will this product also store cases for piccolo trumpets?
A: If you have cases for smaller instruments, whether it’s piccolo trumpets, flutes or clarinets, you will need to measure to be sure. Cases will fit as long one side is at least 6.5″ and another side is at least 22″.

Q: Can these shelves also hold trumpets out of their cases?
A: No. The shelves are not designed for the dimensions of an uncased trumpet, nor does it have the padding needed to protect delicate brass instruments stored outside of their cases.

Q: How easy is this product to assemble?
